Business visa in the Russian Federation

TPS offers the full range of services for execution of business invitations / visa for foreign citizens coming in the Russian Federation in the shortest time possible.

Telex invitations will be executed in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then sent directly to the RF Consulate in any country of the world. A period of time for execution of single or double telexes is 2 or 4 business days, and multiple - 14 business days.

We also execute paper invitations in the Federal Migration Service of Russia and submit them to you through UPS Express in any country of the world. A period of time for execution of invitations in the Directorate of the Federal Migration Service is 21 calendar days.

Labor permits

TPS assists to execute documents on performance of work activities by a foreign resident (work permit) in different RF regions as soon as possible. We’ll help you to execute documents for receiving an invitation for a single employment visa or multiple employment visa.

Expert examination of cultural valuables

Availability or absence of the cultural valuable of an item should be determined by an expert only.

The following may be recognized as the cultural valuables according to results of the expert examination:

• printed materials, manuscripts, archives,

• philately, philumeny and deltiology objects,

• numismatics, bonistics and phaleristics objects,

• clothing and equipage objects

• historical and artistic arms

• equipment, devices, tools and instruments

• paleontology and mineralogy objects being of interest for the science,

• rare and unique musical instruments.

Cultural valuables don’t include modern souvenirs and serial and mass production cultural objects.

Our specialists will consult you as to the rules of transportation of cultural valuables and prepare required documents and requests, if required, perform the expert examination of items and receive a permit in the Culture Ministry for their transportation across the border of the Russian Federation under different customs regimes.

Customs clearance

Currently, many countries worldwide tend to the integration and simplification of the international business and make significant efforts for the unification of customs procedures. The main difference between countries is the tariff regulation that doesn’t completely coincide with the regulation of any country.

As to the policies of non-tariff regulation, it should be noted that freely buyable goods in some countries, for example, medical products, can be prohibited for border crossing in other countries, and breach of this rule can cause even the criminal proceedings. Before a travel abroad or international transaction, you should mandatory check, if it is possible to take purchased goods out of a country. Also, a specific permit should be received in a number of countries for the transportation and customs clearance of different biological products, alcohol, tobacco, plants and animals. The same concerns objects of the social heritage and wild nature animals and plants, as well as arms and different types of electronic devices and other items.
