Arrangement of the relocation to the Far East from any region of Russia

TPS is engaged in implementation of a new East policy of the Russian Federation. What is the best transport mean for use? The Far East is 40% of the RF territory, but in-migrants can arrive by a train only in 4 Southern regions of the Far East: the Primorski Krai, Khabarovsk Krai, Amur Region and Jewish Autonomous Region. You can arrive by a plane, car or sea transport to other regions. TPS managers will arrange professionally the transportation of in-migrants’ goods in any region of the Far Eastern Federal District as soon as possible.

Arrangement of the relocation to the Far East by TPS 

1. We’ll be responsible for all logistics of the relocation.
2. We’ll pack your goods in a professional manner for the transportation by any means.
3. We’ll place your goods in containers and on platforms for the transportation by railway, sea or air transport.
4. We’ll deliver your goods to the Far Eastern Federal District by a selected mean of transportation (one or several).
5. We’ll transport not only private property, but also company office and/or existing production.

What is the assistance planned by us when moving to the Far East?

We’ll support in-migrants during the first weeks of the relocation. We’ll hold examination of apartments and houses put up for sale or provided for the long-term rent. We’ll help you to find not only dwelling, but also a kindergarten and school. We’ll render services for receiving the official residential registration and other documents. We’ll perform excursions in the territory of the Far Eastern Federal District and introduce local features and traditions. 

What is the relocation to the Far East performed under the State aid? 

The largest financial assistance at the relocation will be provided for inhabitants of monotowns with the high unemployment level. It is planned to pay 400 thousand rubles of relocation allowance for in-migrants without a family and 800 thousand rubles for in-migrants with a family.  200 billion rubles will be paid as the relocation allowance from the Federal Budget for inhabitants of depressed regions. The RF Government established other programs of the State aid for in-migrants.

What is “the Far East hectare”?

From May 1, 2016, each RF citizen has a right to obtain 1ha for free in the Far Eastern Federal District, including the forest land. Such person should fulfill 2 conditions: 

1. Move to the Far Eastern Federal District for the permanent place of residence.
2. Perform the business activity on the assigned land plot. 

If everything is all right within the first 5 years, a person will get the ownership of the land or can prolong the rent.

The Far East hectare: how to obtain it and who can count it on?

Only RF citizens can claim 1ha plot for free. Requests will be received by three means from May 16, 2016:

1. On-line, web-site http://надальнийвосток.рф/; 
2. in one of the multifunctional centers (MFC);
3. in an authorized body of the local government. 

Plots will be given to persons, who are the first to apply. In-migrants may join together in order to obtain a larger plot. For example, 5 persons have a right to obtain 5 ha.

Peculiarities of the Law “On the Far East hectare”

The Law No 930602-6 removes all bureaucratic hurdles for obtaining a plot for free use in the Far Eastern Federal District. People can perform any business activity not forbidden by the RF laws in their hectares. They shouldn’t pay for the rent and land tax for the first 5 years. 

A validity term of the Law “On the Far East hectare”

This new Law will be effective as of May 16, 2016 and will be valid till January 1, 2035. A term for the application review is 30 days. At this time, the draft law is being revised for the last time in the State Duma. For example, it is planned to increase plots for owners of the cattle, horse and deer stock. This draft law was developed in 2015 by the Ministry for Development of the Russian Far East under a commission of the RF President V.V. Putin. 

The Far East Hectare: a program of accelerated development of the macroregion.

XXI century is called the century of Far East in Russia. Even Europe hasn’t such economic strength as the Asian-Pacific Region. The Chinese economy is valuated as $18 trillion and it will increase by 6-7% each year. This is a huge potential that cannot be compared with anything in the world.

The Far East Development Fund was established in Russia. 90% of its investments will be Chinese and 10% of Russia. Funds will be invested in development of the Far East economy and social sphere. New industrial and agricultural enterprises will be founded, new comfortable dwelling will be constructed and medical and social infrastructure will be developed. 

The Far East Region is the most prospective in the Russian Federation. It is planned to make it as a country landmark. Each Russian citizen, who decides to commit himself to the Far East, makes a right choice.
